Unfortunately, because we are such a small business, we are not currently accepting any returns or refunds if you change your mind. If you have accidentally placed an order and wish to cancel it, please email us at sales@cielabysky.com within 2 hours of your order being placed.

If you contact us outside of this timeframe or your order has already been packaged, we may not be able to offer a refund. All of our orders are meticulously inspected before being packaged with love and care.

Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please send us photos and details to our email within 48 hours of receiving your package.
